Malcolm Bucholtz B.Sc, MBA - President and CEO
Mr. Bucholtz graduated from Queen's University (Metallurgical Engineering) in 1986 and went on to spend 16 years in the Canadian steel industry in the areas of R&D and Operations Management. After completing an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, Mr. Bucholtz joined the independent brokerage firm of Union Securities where he primarily focused on Commodity Trading. In 2007, Mr. Bucholtz was appointed V.P. Investor Relations for Strategic Resources and joined the Board of Directors in June 2008.
Lee Halterman, Consultant
Mr.Halterman is a US Professional Geologist who spent his career in the Uranium exploration field with notables such as Gulf Oil (Nuclear Fuels division). Mr. Halterman brings significant knowledge and insight to SRI's New Mexico efforts.Mr. Halterman is also President of Brinx Resources (OTC:BNXR) .
John Cook, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Cook has over 40 years experience as an engineer in the mineral exploration and development industry. Mr. Cook is involved in a number of junior mining exploration companies. Mr. Cook holds professional engineering licenses in the UK and Canada .
Anthony Kovschak, M.Sc.- Director
Mr. Kovschak is a US Professional Geologist who has spent his career with Union Carbide, Energy Fuels and Homeland Uranium LLC. Mr. Kovschak is also the author of numerous technical papers and has lectured extensively at the College level.
Stephen Gledhill, CMA (CFO) - Director
Mr. Gledhill (CMA) has over 20 years experience in the financial industry. Mr. Gledhill also serves as CFO for a number of junior mining companies. Mr. Gledhill holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and also holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

The New Mexico Bureau of Mines estimates that the State still has many millions of pounds of Uranium yet to be mined.
The US Dep't of the Interior notes that Tertiary alkaline complexes in New Mexico contain significant resources of Rare Earth minerals in the Lincoln County porphyry belt.
The New Mexico Bureau of Mines notes that the rocks of the Lemitar Mtns are enriched in Rare Earth minerals, barite and fluorite.
